SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

Refunds are only available for items that are not on sale. All sale items are final and non-refundable.

SIZING ISSUES 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.                                                  Sizing details, model specs, and fit guides are provided on each product page to help you choose the correct size. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging from shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us and attach a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. We neither refund nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

RETURN PERIOD

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.                                                       Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • Original Tags and Packaging must be intact
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location and courier.
